What if I forgot my apt. number or inputed an invalid address?
Unfortunately, ANY form of an invalid address (including missing apt./suite #, incorrect house/street number, incorrect zip code, etc) WILL BE INSTANTLY canceled, and put back up on our website for repurchase. We are no longer GUARANTEEING the correction of addresses, therefore, be sure to input the CORRECT ADDRESS UPON CHECKOUT. Once put back on the website you have the option to repurchase with the correct address, however, the item(s) will not be held for you for repurchase.
Shipping vs Processing
Processing is the time it takes for your order to be PROCESSED(made). Orders take *4-7 business days to process.
Shipping is how long it takes your order to be physically delivered to you.
What happens if my body butter melts during transit?
Simply allow it to resoldify at room temperature (away from the sun/windows) to solidify.
How long will body butters last?
Our body butters are naturally made with ZERO added preservatives. Due to this, our body butter will last for up to one year.
